Q1280 electric groove machine is to learn all kinds of pipe groove

suitable for 159-800 - mm diameter and wall thickness of 10-180 -
mm straight pipe groove processing.
This machine is the key equipment for groove machining of pipe end
before pipe welding. It has strong cutting force and easy
operation.Durable.The power head outputs four-speed spindle speed
and three kinds of differential tool holder feed speed through gear
change. The power head is equipped with an electric tool holder
quick advance and retreat mechanism, which can be used separately
or at the same time with differential feed.The installation Angle
of the tool holder on the tool holder plate is adjustable from 0°
to 37.5°.The bed body is equipped with electric longitudinal feed,
manual horizontal alignment adjustment mechanism, bed body and
supporting plate components. The electric longitudinal feed has two
kinds of progress: fast forward and working forward. The two speeds
can work separately or simultaneously or in reverse.The machine
adopts the workpiece V-shaped seat and the attached machine bracket
to place the workpiece, the electric lifting up and down
adjustment, the manual horizontal alignment adjustment, the
hydraulic cylinder lifts and clamps the pipe fitting, the maximum
cutting is 5 ~ 8mm, which can guarantee the groove processing
quality. The machine is also equipped with a rolling bracket, using
a longer pipe to support, the center can be aligned up and down;The
electrical components are installed in the special electrical box,
and the operating elements are installed in the suspended operating
box. Each action of the machine can be operated on the operating
table.
