2.Main Features
The series cold bending machine is mainly used for carbon steel,
stainless steel 1D, 1.5D elbow cold push molding, push mode has the
steel ball and core rod pushing in two ways. Core rod forming push
system equipped with a semi-automatic mechanical demolding device.
The host comprises a body(frame),die-closing cylinder ,side pushing
cylinder, demolding device. A control mechanism is composed of
power station,limiting device ,pipeline and electrical control box,
operation box.
The forming principle:pipe blank ,in the tunnel cavity by external
locking,is pushed by hydraulic top rod from the guide section into
forming cavity equiped inner core bending. then demold by demolding
device.the whole process is control by PLC.
Standard export packing,woodbox loaded,airframe coverd with one
layer transparent plastic film.
