1. General requirements
1) purpose of the equipment and main products processed:
Purpose: mainly used for forming compound bending pipe and hinge
bending pipe and other products.Product features: material: 60Mn,
20#, 35#, 45#, 16Mn, 27SiMn, 12CrMoV, 20G, Q235, Q345;Wall
thickness: 5mm-8mm;Pipe diameter D: 130≤D≤220mm;R value:
150≤R≤350mm;Value of Angle value: 90 degrees (50%), 45 degrees
(30%), 15 degrees and 30 degrees (20%).
2) equipment structure requirements:
The equipment is required to have the function of automatic
feeding. The tube material conveying device (provided by a third
party, the details shall be subject to the countersign of the
drawing) delivers the material to the feeding mechanism of the hot
push elbow machine in an intermittent manner of 60s in the beat,
one at a time. After the equipment completes one push, the next
push can be carried out without waiting.In addition, in order to

2. Specific requirements
Main technical parameters of equipment:
1) capacity design: 27,000 pieces/month.
2) production tempo: 60s/ piece, adjustable within 50s-120s/ piece.
3) power supply: 380V, 3P, 50Hz.
4) medium frequency power supply: power: 30 ~ 300KW (digital
control, sweep soft start).
5) contactors, fuses, fuses, wiring terminals and other components
shall be manufactured by schneider or Siemens, and other electrical
components shall be manufactured by domestic high-quality products
(such as zhengtai and delixi).
6) when the equipment is shut down, the cooling circulating water
pump must be allowed to continue working, and the pump can only be
stopped when the temperature of the core die part drops to normal.
7) the equipment can automatically protect and stop working in case
of power fluctuation of ±20% or sudden power failure,and ensure
normal operation after power supply is restored and restarted.
8) relevant parts of the equipment shall have anti-magnetic and
anti-rust functions.Water tanks, pipes, etc. are stainless steel or
chrome-plated.
9) the relevant dimensions of the equipment shall be determined in
the technical agreement.
10) the key structure shall be processed with high-quality
materials, and the material inspection report shall be provided.
11) important purchased parts shall be made of well-known brands at
home and abroad, and relevant certificates and operation
(maintenance) manuals shall be provided.
12) safe and reliable equipment, simple operation, stable
operation, low failure rate.
13) make protective covers, guardrails and warning signs for the
parts that are likely to cause injury to operators, and make the
