service life of the sawing machine and blade, the company hereby
formulates the following rules, and the operators must strictly
abide by the rules:
1. Before the operation to wear tight protective clothing, cuff

clothes, or around the body, to prevent the machine wound.
2. Make all preparations (check the circuit, oil circuit, oil level
and saponification water level to keep all parts normal) before the
machine is started, and install the vise so that the saw center is
in the middle of the saw stroke.The raw material is placed
horizontally on the vise, at right angles to the saw blade;If you
want to saw bevel, first adjust the vise to the required Angle, the
size of the saw shall not be larger than the maximum size of the
machine.
3, the size of the new tension when the blade is installed should
be controlled between 25 to 35 nm, to improve the effect of saw
belt use, change every time when new blade, should be first to
running-in, namely in the first few incisions should use low speed,
cutting the small feeding, after being tooth burr removal, then
according to the normal cutting parameters on cutting (carbon steel
cutting speed should be controlled between 45-90 (m/min)).
4, sawing machine saponification liquid to be thickened, the
cutting process saponification water outlet to be larger, chip
should be removed in time, so as not to block the sawtooth, affect
the cutting effect and saw life.
5, in the use of the process such as broken saw blade, re-install
the new saw blade to not cut the steel to turn over and then cut,
if not turned by the old saw seam to continue to cut the saw blade
is easy to break again.The saw blade of big steel should choose a
little bigger, small steel saw blade should choose a little
smaller, generally broken saw blade should not be used in automatic
sawing machine.
6. After every day's work, the band saw blade should be relaxed to
improve its service life.Wipe the machine, keep the machine parts
of cleanliness, improve the level of civilized production.
