depends on the processing performance of the workpiece. For general
small-diameter steel, the band sawing speed is 45m / min or 65m /
min. for general large-diameter steel (i.e. 45 steel with diameter
of over 180mm), 25m / min is recommended. For aluminum or copper,
the band sawing speed is 65m / min. for bearing steel and stainless
steel, the band sawing speed is 25 M / min is enough. Generally
speaking, too high cutting speed is easy to cause premature burn of
the cutting edge, and too low cutting speed leads to low
productivity and fracture of the cutting edge
