1. The operator must be familiar with the general structure and
performance of the equipment, and it is strictly prohibited to use
the equipment beyond performance.
2. Check whether the triangle belt is tensioned and whether the
worm gear box is short of oil.
Check whether the saw frame rising action is normal, whether the
falling speed is adjustable, whether it can stop when not working,
not automatically fall.
(3) check the tank hydraulic oil is sufficient, clean, smooth.
Check whether the coolant is sufficient and whether the pipeline is
smooth.
Check whether the working speed and feed meet the requirements of
the cutting process.
The saw frame inching up to the highest position, with the movable
vise clamping the workpiece, adjust the speed control valve, so
that the saw frame quickly down to the vicinity of the workpiece,
and then adjust the speed control valve, so that the saw frame work
into, at the same time start the main motor, so that the saw frame
work into the cutting workpiece.
3. The following points should be noted during operation.
The pulley cover must be installed.
After the saw belt is installed, two saw wheel guard must be put
down.
Before the main motor starts, the upper baffle of the saw wheel
guard should be extended to the movable guide arm.
When adjusting the movable guide arm, the main motor cannot be
started, and the nut should be pressed after adjustment.
Work, must stick to the post, if found abnormal phenomenon, should
immediately stop and report the relevant personnel.
After the work, should cut off the power supply, do a good job of
equipment daily maintenance work.
4. Safety operation requirements are as follows.
(1) the bar material should be fixed clamping firm, not sliding or
deviation.
During the operation, it is strictly prohibited for operators to
measure, clean and adjust the running saw blade, and stop the
machine for the above work.
(3) the workpiece bar material to arrange neatly, to prevent the
injury of rolling over.
Do not directly touch the blade of the saw blade with your hands,
so as not to cut the electrical part, should prevent rain and oil
intrusion.
