The Beam Bends Making Induction Fully Automatic Pipe Bending Machine is suitable for oil, natural gas, chemical, electric power,
construction and other industries.
The bending machine principle adopt induction heating and hydraulic
cylinder pushing.
The material of the pipe: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless
steel, etc.
It is used for hot bending of various round steel pipe or square
steel pipes, angle iron, channel steel and I-beam.

The bending radius is generally 2.5D--6D. Any large radius can be
bend according to customer needs. Also can produce steel pipes with
multiple curvature radius.
The bending angle is generally 0-90° or 0-180°

Induction heating power supply part including induction heating
power supply, cooling water circulation system, operation cabinet
(touch screen, PLC control system).
Hydraulic system: oil tank, pump station, hydraulic cylinder, oil
pipe.
Mechanical body: hydraulic cylinder support , push plate, Chassis,
platform, transformer support, slide rail, rocker spindle, clamp,
etc.
