Bending technical parameters:
1. The bending pipe of the equipment adopts the raw steel pipe:
seamless steel pipe, straight seam welded pipe or spiral welded
pipe.
2. The bending radius of the bend must be greater than 2.5d (it is
manufactured with elbow push technology below 2.5D), and the Angle
of the bend should be intelligently controlled by programming (the
Angle of the bend should be set arbitrarily within a certain range
according to needs).
3, push the diameter of the elbow and wall thickness range:
diameter 89 ~ 1420mm, wall thickness: 5 ~ 120mm (section design and
manufacture of the equipment).
4. The stroke of the main oil cylinder is determined according to
the maximum diameter and maximum bending radius of the elbow
(provided by the user).
