Medium Frequency Induction Heating Hydraulic Elbow Forming Machine
Medium frequency heating hydraulic elbow pusher is the traditional
product of Cangzhou Heyan Company. It is mainly used to produce
elbow pipe fittings with various diameters and wall thickness of
radius of curvature 1 ~ 2.5d.With the development of deep processing technology of steel pipe,
the product has been improved in all directions.The equipment has integrated ultra-short stress line cone die
expansion, digital control if induction heating, the application of
no back low energy consumption hydraulic transmission technology.All the gates are opened and closed with electromagnetic
directional valves, realizing the double control of the gate site
and the operation table, and adding a number of automation
technologies such as the hydraulic clamping of raw material steel
tube, and combining with the thermal expanding pipe machine
technology of our factory, we have correspondingly produced four
oil cylinder extra large thick elbow pipe fittings pushing machine
and other hydraulic pushing equipment.Equipped with an intelligent constant temperature control system
for intermediate frequency power heating, the device can realize
the functions of one person operating and controlling multiple
devices, energy saving, environmental protection, safe operation
and so on.
I.Technical parameters of hot push elbow
Elbow production of raw steel pipe for: seamless steel pipe,
straight seam welded steel pipe and spiral welded pipe.
1, the elbow specification range: diameter: 25mm ~ 1420mm;Wall
thickness: 5mm ~ 120mm;(Design and manufacture the equipment in
sections)
2. Angle: 22.5°, 45°, 90°, 135° and any Angle required by the user;
3. The radius of curvature of elbow is 1D ~ 3d
