2) Angle:45°,90°,180° and random angle user demands
3) Elbow bending radius range:1D~2.5D
4) It can push kinds of bend pipes with different radius as
required, also called unequal diameter bend.
2. Structure:equipment base and guide rail, main oil cylinder and
support plate, active push plate, front support plate, loading
mechanism, medium frequency coil adjustment mechanism ( medium
frequency heating coil, elbow die, mould pull rod), medium
frequency power supply heating mechanism, electric control system,
hydraulic control system, operation desk , water cooling
circulating system.
3. Auxiliary equipments: hydraulic press machine (for elbow shape
correct use),pipe cutting machine (we have auto pipe cutting
machine ) ,elbow beveling machine (have manual also auto beveling
machine ),shot blasting machine . marking machine .

base is used on Hot mandrel elbow machine
2. Production of Hot mandrel elbow machines are seamless 45, 90 Deg
LR&SR elbows size ranging from 3/4" to 36" with thickness up to
60mm, with production standard according to ASME B16.28, ASME B16.9
DIN2605 or Customized is preferable
3. Processing materials of Hot mandrel elbow machine are carbon steels
4. Elbows will be formed in hot forming process with the high or
medium frequency heating system
